What forms of payment do you accept?
At the moment we only accept bank transfers, but in the very near future we will also accept Credit Cards.
To ensure that your order is being processed as soon as possible, please make sure that all your bank and shipping details are right.
Send us an e-mail with the deposit statement, your order number and of course your details.
If we don't receive the money within two days, we will have the right to cancel your order.
When will I receive my order?
Depending on where you live, orders from Lastikpabuc.com will get to you within 2 working days at the earliest and with an average of
3 working days. This is of course only for domestic orders. For international orders please contact us before placing an order.
Do you also accept international orders?
Yes we do! Please e-mail us though at contact@lastikpabuc.com before you order because depending on the country you live, conditions may
change.
Which shipping firm do you work with?
Lastikpabuc.com works together with Yurtiçi Kargo at the moment. Yurtiçi Kargo ships to every part of Turkey.
For international orders we work with different firms depending on the country we have to send to.
What is the shipping fee?
Orders placed on Lastikpabuc.com over 250 TL will have no shipping fee. On orders below 250 TL there will be a fixed 10 TL shipping fee.
This is of course only valid for domestic orders.
How can I follow the status of my shipment?
At the moment that we give the goods to our shipping firm, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number or the status of your shipment.
How long can I take to return goods?
At Lastikpabuc.com we act according to the Turkish 'Tüketiciyi Koruma' Law. You can return products bought at Lastikpabuc.com, if
they are in good condition, unused, resellable, within seven (7) days of the delivery date to you.
What are the conditions for returning?
To make sure that we can take the goods back, there are certain rules you have to follow in order to return the goods. If any of these rules are
not followed we will not be able to take the goods back:
The products that are being returned should be unused, without any damage from your side, and resellable.
You have the right to return the products within seven (7) days after receiving the order.
Packages that have been opened, used, damaged or in any other way made impossible to resell after received by the customer, will not be taken back.
Goods that are returned under these conditions will be taken into the return process on the day we receive them.
The time it takes to deposit your money bank may differ depending on the way of payment. The average time it takes to refund your money is between 1 - 3 weeks though.

How do we return?
Before returning any goods please contact us before via e-mail. To give you the best and fastest service please be
sure not to skip this step. After you receive our confirmation that you can go ahead and return the goods, please send the products
in a way that will not damage the goods (and their accessories if they came with it) or the packaging in any way.
The shipping costs are paid by the buyer and we will not pay for shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be made as soon as we have
received the returned goods.
What do I have to do if any problems occur during shipping?
If there is any damage to your goods during shipping this will of course be reimbursed by Lastik Pabuc and the shipping firm we use.
Please be sure to check your package upon receiving so you can file an official complaint before accepting the goods.
Is my personal information safe with Lastikpabuc.com?
All your personal information is stricly confidential and will not be shared with anyone. All the details that you enter can only be
altered by you. It is impossible for others to get to these details.
If paying by credit card, we will not store your card info on Lastikpabuc.com but do this on a 128-bit Secure Server.
We are only an intermediate between your bank and you to make sure the payment succeeds.
Will there be any additional Duties / Taxes payable on my purchase?
We can not control Duty and customs charges on shipments when they reach their destination. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information.
*We will not declare a lesser value than the listed price as this will affect the insurance cover.
Is my package insured?
All goods despatched are fully insured to the total value of the goods.
