Shipping Times
To ensure the safety of our customers shopping at Lastikpabuc.com the first thing we do after you place an order is check your payment details. Therefore we first have to send you a confirmation mail that states that we have accepted your order. The shipping times start from the time of our e-mail and are at the earliest two (2) working days for domestic orders and seven (7) working days for international orders. The average is respectively four (4) and ten (10) days.
Our transit times are estimates and are by no way a guarantee. All transit times are calculated on working days (Monday - Friday) and do not take into account weekends.
Weekend Orders
All orders that are placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be shipping within 24 hours if there is no problem with the payment. Orders in the weekend will be processed on Mondays.
Address Information
To ensure that your orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, please make sure that your address information is correct and up-to-date.
International Orders
Lastikpabuc.com takes international orders, but we don't send to every country. To find out if we are shipping to your country, please contact us at contact@lastikpabuc.com or give us a call at +90 212 293 79 23.
Shipping Costs
We send our domestic orders with Yurtici Kargo. For order above 250 TL there is no shipping fee for the customer. Below 250 TL though there is a fixed shipping cost of 10 TL. This fee will be added to your order total in your shopping cart during checkout. International orders are being sent with the firm that is the safest and most reliable for shipping to that country. Before placing an international order please contact us at contact@lastikpabuc.com.
Check your package!
When your package is being delivered to you, please be sure to check the contents in front of the delivery guy. If there is any problem, you can let him/her know and we will do everything we can to fix the problem. We will not be held responsible for complaints made afterwards.
Returns
Lastikpabuc.com works under the Turkish Returns Law called 'TŸketiciyi Koruma Kanunu'. This means that products bought at Lastikpabuc.com can be returned within seven (7) working days from delivery if they are not used and they must be in a sellable condition with all swing tags attached and returned in the original packaging.
Return Conditions
To make sure that your return process will go as smooth as possible we would like you to follow the following rules for returns. If one of these is missing we will not be able to take your order back:
All goods must be in a sellable condition with all swing tags attached and returned in the original packaging within seven (7) working days.
Products that are opened, damaged, used or are simply not resellable, will not be taken back.
Packaging of products that are damaged in a way that makes it impossible for us to resell the product, will make the return impossible.
If you return a product and we are taking it back, it will take between 1 - 3 weeks to refund your credit card and up to 2 weeks from the day that we send you a confirmation email regarding your return to transfer the money back in case of a money transfer.
To make a Return:
Please email us before you send a product back. To help you as fast as possible, let us know which product(s) you want to return and why. After we have agreed to return the goods, please send them in their original packaging and, if they were included, with their accessories in a way that there will no damage during shipment back to us.
Return Transit
The Lastikpabuc.com Store cannot accept
responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you
do have to return any item to us we would ask that you use a trackable system
such as a parcel delivery or courier service. These terms and conditions do not
affect your statutory rights. |
